The Clemens Center accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  Processing and facility maintenanace fees are applied to all orders.  In order to provide the service for tickets purchased through our Web site, we must go through a third-party, Tickets.com. The fee charged for each ticket is their price for providing this service as well as Clemens Center processing and facility maintenance fees.  We understand that it is costly, but it is the industry standard and this is the only way we can provide this service. If you call or visit us during regular Box Office hours, the fee is less.  Our Box Office, located in the vestibule of our Main Lobby, is open for walk-in business Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with additional hours to accommodate performances. The Box Office opens 90 minutes prior to each performance and stays open until the end of the first intermission of Powers Theater shows.
